“A month into Donald Trump’s presidency and his job approval rating keeps breaking records — but probably not in the way the administration would prefer.
According to a Gallup poll over the weekend, Trump’s 40 percent job approval is 21 points below the historic average for elected presidents around mid-February (61 percent). That’s also 11 points below the lowest mid-February numbers for any other president in Gallup’s history.
