With plans underway to steal this election — according to Robert Kennedy Jr., there are about 30 scams the Republicans are deliberately using, particularly in swing states to get Democratic voters off the election rolls courtesy of the Help America Vote Act of 2002 and a whistleblower detailed the Bush administration’s election fraud past and present. Attempts are being made by unscrupulous factions of the Bush administration to see history repeat itself — if you intend to vote, it is imperative that you make sure you are registered to vote. One more rigged election, putting a bigger idiot than the one already in office, would be a major disaster for what is left of this country.

Officials are expecting chaos and pandemonium on November 4 due to a huge turnout of voters. Some swing states are still unprepared for the voting problems they’re expecting due to spikes in newly registered Democratic voters.

Civil Rights groups reportedly fear that an unprecedented minority voter turnout due to Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama might be countered by efforts to intimidate or otherwise block people seeking to cast their ballots. In the near future I’ll detail more of the election fraud fiasco and why we need to deal with all the criminals in Washington but for now, you need to verify your registration before the filing deadline in your state.

More than a million people have reportedly lost their homes through foreclosure in the last two years, and many of them are still registered to vote at the address of the home they lost. Many of these voters will be disqualified at the polls because they didn’t notify their election board of their new address, resulting in some being forced to vote with a provisional ballot or being challenged by Partisan poll watchers.

After spending a couple days in Congressional hearings, in which the financial leadership in Washington relied on using scare tactics in an attempt to persuade Congress to grant unlimited powers and unlimited taxpayers dollars — the figure requested was $700 Billion, but when all is said and done it could easily end up being over a Trillion dollars, despite the fact that a U.S. Treasury spokeswoman told Forbes that ‘we just wanted to choose a really large number,’ meaning that much of this ‘financial crisis’ may well be anything but that and that this is actually just another attempt by the Bush administration to gain more Unconstitutional, illegal powers — and it took until Wednesday night for President Bush to address the American people about the financial crisis.

Who exactly does this bailout help? A lot of signs point to the fact that this bailout would benefit the richest members of the ruling elite who have deceived and screwed the people of this country for years. An interesting article called “U.S. Titanic” by Jim Quinn from LewRockwell.com details how we have been lied to repeatedly by our Federal Government. President Bush, Alan Greenspan, Hank Paulson, Ben Bernanke, Barney Frank, Chris Dodd and numerous others — including many in Congress — have repeatedly perpetrated fraud against the American public. The director of the Congressional Budget Office reportedly said that the proposed Wall Street bailout could actually worsen a financial crisis.

With Bush’s past history of using secrecy and terror to scare the American public into submission — and for that matter, the Congressional history of caving in and refusing to do anything to impeach Bush or Cheney — how do we know their financial crisis is real and not fabricated? Bush’s 12 minute speech on the dire conditions of the U.S. economy was another example of offering nothing but fear itself, reminiscent of the boy who cried wolf too many times. As the final curtain of the Bush administration’s criminal destruction of democracy slowly drops — while the U.S. and the rest of the world still reel from lies and shock tactics of epic proportions used against them to initiate the ‘global war on terror,’ and what was once known as democracy slowly dissolves into the fascism desired by the Bush administration — the final blow, basically amounting to Financial Terrorism, is serving as the coup d’etat that will help define the legacy of the most corrupt, never-elected President this country has ever known.

In addition to a myriad of other felonies and Presidential crimes committed by President George W. Bush and his administration — including, but not limited to, allowing the attacks of 9/11, anthrax attacks, starting illegal wars, torture, terrorizing the American public, illegally spying on Americans, manipulating the political system, making his own laws and believing himself to be above the law — attempts are being made by President Bush to quickly push a resolution through Congress designed to bailout the criminals on Wall Street. Not a good idea if you remember the past when Bush used scare tactics to push previously written ‘legislation’ known as the ‘Patriot Act’ through Congress. Now the people who brought us the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression are trying to stampede us into bailing them out.

For years the U.S. Government has accelerated wealth upwards into the hands of a few. This bailout would be a double standard: Wall Street profits are Wall Street profits, but their losses are our losses. Toxic bank assets would be bought for twice their market value and a select few would make massive profits at taxpayer expense. After all the crimes committed by President Bush and his administration — albeit, many with the approval and the knowledge of Congressional Leadership — it’s hard to believe that Bush, Cheney, and for that matter, all in Congress who have aided and abetted them, haven’t faced prison sentences yet. The biggest problem with the proposed resolution is the fact that it gives unprecedented powers to the Secretary of the Treasury — whose involvement in politics goes back to the Nixon administration — it has no oversight, and it doesn’t do a thing for all the taxpayers who are going to be bailing out Wall Street. Paulson came to the Treasury Department after leaving a top job at Goldman Sachs and would reportedly use the proposed bailout to help his old cronies at Goldman Sachs. As Senator John McCain continues to implode, revelations that the McCain campaign is mailing apparently fraudulent absentee ballot applications — applications designed to disenfranchise primarily Democratic voters — in at least ten states are being reported. Actions are being taken in some states to fight attempts at voter disenfranchisement and fraud, but the desperation by the Republican Party is becoming more and more evident as election day approaches.

Despite being caught in a blizzard of lies, the McCain / Palin campaign has vowed to continue blatantly lying, since apparently, McCain has no issues to run his campaign on and wants to win regardless of the cost, even if it means committing more fraud. McCain can’t run an honest campaign, partially because he reportedly has 83 Wall Street lobbyists — which obviously shows how much he’s lying about attacking Wall Street greed — helping him campaign.

While attempted election fraud, committed primarily by the Republican Party, continues running rampant, the recent rash of major bank and financial institutions failing due to fraud, greed and political ineptitude necessitate the need for the American public to take a closer look at McCain’s Keating Five scandal, the largest scandal of his political career.

Sarah Palin is shaping up to be a completely fraudulent, lying politician — basically George W. Bush in a dress. She continues pushing the same lies repeatedly, making her the perfect partner for John McCain.

Now that the Political Conventions are over and the Presidential / Vice Presidential nominees for each party hit the campaign trail, the tradition of disenfranchising and purging voters who are perceived as a threat to the Republican party is switching into overdrive. Democrats have an estimated 11 million more registered voters than Republicans.

A few times in the past I’ve detailed how the 2000 Presidential election was rife with fraud and how it was illicitly decided by five U.S. Supreme Court ‘Justices’ — who are ultimately responsible for the destruction of the United States these past seven and a half plus years — who appointed George W. Bush to the Presidency. The 2004 Presidential election was ‘won’ by massive election fraud. Attempts are being made for a threepeat.

Voting machines — many of which have major flaws that can be easily exploited to compromise the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the voting process — will be used in numerous states. A video showing how easily voting machines can be rigged and manipulated is available from YouTube. Some states, such as Arizona, are intent on making sure the election can be rigged. So intent that an election observer was wrongfully arrested.

Below are examples of many states attempting to disenfranchise voters, primarily African American and Hispanic, who have a tendency to vote Democrat. The ongoing fraud is deemed necessary by Republicans who know their party has no legitimate chance to win a Presidential election, especially when their candidates have proven repeatedly that they intend to continue the illegal actions of the Bush administration. The blatant lies Republicans continue repeating are more than ample evidence of that.

PetFoodSettlement.com is reporting on a proposed settlement of the class action lawsuits — known as In Re: Pet Food Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1850, Civil Action No. 07-2867 (NLH) — that are pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and similar lawsuits pending in Canada.

The proposed Settlement Agreement is with various companies and persons or entities that handled, distributed, purchased for resale and/or redistribution, supplied, manufactured and/or sold or offered for sale pet food and/or pet treats that may have contained contaminated wheat gluten or rice protein concentrate and were recalled beginning in March 2007, as well as certain companies, persons or entities that supplied the wheat gluten or rice protein concentrate (the Recalled Pet Food Products).
