Chronicling the misadventures of our minority-elect President’s alternate reality, alternative facts and the miscreants that comprise his administration so you don’t have to:

Today’s misadventures of our malignant minority-elect president* begin with his repulsive revival of the George W. Bush presidency with his moronic ‘Mission Accomplished’ claim after illegally bombing Syria – and a myriad of other ways, why Comey’s solution to ending Trump’s despotic delusions of grandeur are not the proper solution to that problem, having a moronic media person that spews his lies on Fox faux news working in tandem with out dimwitted dip shit helps explain a lot of things – none of which are good for Trump, a look at the many scandals that could – and should – remove America’s worst-ever president* from office, why impeaching our lackluster lame duck president* and defanging the criminal cohort he calls his vice president* is a good idea and much more.

What James Comey Gets Wrong About Donald Trump article from The Nation. –

Comey says Trump is morally unfit and the people should vote him out of office, but Congress and the other checks and balances designed to prevent the type of treachery perpetrated by our Hitler-aspiring wannabe dictator are too corrupt to do so.

Trump Just Launched Another Illegal Attack Against Syria article from The Nation. –

Launching another illegal attack on Syria based on unsubstantiated accusations – which it is turning out are complete lies that are unraveling – and no evidence whatsoever are putting U.S. national-security in grave jeopardy:

“For the second time in just over a year, President Donald J. Trump has launched an illegal and unnecessary airstrike against the government of Syria for a crime it may very well not have committed.

The joint US-French-British strike on three alleged chemical weapons facilities in the vicinity of Damascus and Homs were carried out, according to US Secretary of Defense James Mattis, in order to defend “vital American interests.”

The air strikes, carried out in the absence of congressional authorization or a UN Security Council mandate, come almost a week after a chemical-weapons attack in the city of Douma, which killed 70. Some estimate that up to 500 people—mainly women and children—were hospitalized by the gas attack, which is said to have been carried out by the government of Bashar al-Assad.

To no one’s surprise, Trump’s decision to risk World War III was met with approval by US media and political elites who have been calling for blood ever since the reports of the chemical attack emerged last week…”

Having a moronic miscreant that perpetuates fake news on Fox working in tandem with our dimwitted dip shit helps explain a lot of things, none of which are good for Trump.

Trump contradicts himself on Comey firing in another angry tweet article from The Raw Story. –

Yet another reason our deranged Twitter tyrant should have his baby sitters on hand 24 hours a day since he’s too stupid to know when to shut up.

Again, someone really needs to sit the moronic misfit we call president* down and explain to him that shooting himself in the foot is a foolish idea and he needs to stop.

Trump’s Impotent Rage article from Common Dreams. –

The time for firing those that are investigating his endless corruption and getting away with it is gone:

“Something very fishy happened last week. On Friday, we were treated to almost hourly rumors that President Donald Trump’s firing of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was imminent. This was to be followed by a scheme to either fire or drastically limit the authority of Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

The cable channels went into overdrive and the newspapers picked up the story. Critics issued dire predictions.

And then exactly nothing happened. So what was that about?

Piecing this together, it’s clear that at midweek, my old pal Steve Bannon managed to get through to Trump, and pitched him on one more trademark Bannon scheme: Fire Rosenstein and cease cooperating with Mueller, citing executive privilege. Bannon also called on Trump to fire lawyer Ty Cobb…”

Robert Fisk’s Douma Report Rips Away Excuses for Air Strike on Syria article from CounterPunch. –

As previously thought, Trump’s excuse for committing more war crimes were based on flawed intelligence – and in this case a false flag that failed miserably:

“It seems that many who supported the weekend’s air strikes on Syria are overlooking the significance of Robert Fisk’s report yesterday from Douma, the site of a supposed chemical weapons attack last week.

Fisk is the first western journalist to reach the area and speak to people there. One is a senior doctor at the clinic that treated victims of what a video purported to show were chemical weapons used by the Syrian government. The incident was used as the justifcation for the air strikes launched jointly by the US, the UK and France.

The doctor says the video was real, but did not show the effects of a chemical weapons attack. It showed something else. This is what the doctor is reported saying:

“I was with my family in the basement of my home three hundred metres from here on the night but all the doctors know what happened. There was a lot of shelling [by government forces] and aircraft were always over Douma at night — but on this night, there was wind and huge dust clouds began to come into the basements and cellars where people lived. People began to arrive here suffering from hypoxia, oxygen loss. Then someone at the door, a ‘White Helmet’, shouted ‘Gas!”, and a panic began. People started throwing water over each other. Yes, the video was filmed here, it is genuine, but what you see are people suffering from hypoxia – not gas poisoning.”…”

The Trump Administration Is Waging War On The Poor article from The Huffington Post. –

Ya think? It has only been obvious from day one of taking office after he was ‘elected’ and it should piss off his supporters – but it won’t since the majority of them don’t seem to have the mental capacity to figure that out.

Is this the endgame stage for Trump, or just a trainwreck? article from Salon. –

A look at the various scandals that could – and should – end up finally removing America’s worst-ever president*:

“The next time you walk out to your car, or head down the street to the subway, or cross the parking lot on your way to the grocery store, look up and squint your eyes, and you’ll be able to see the end of the Trump presidency. It’s still a moving target, kept out of reach and out of focus by Trump’s chaotic daily delivery of distractions and dissembling, but it’s out there, and at this point it’s coming toward us, rather than headed in the other direction.

The impending doom is all Trump’s fault, of course. The first mistake he made was running for the office. The second was winning. The third was thinking that being president would be just like running his business in New York. (“I could run my business perfectly and then run the country perfectly. There’s never been a case like this,” Trump told The New York Times soon after he won the election.) The fourth was believing he could protect himself from the law because he thought as president, he would control the FBI and the Department of Justice.

If Trump had not ridden that escalator down to the lobby of Trump Tower and announced that he would seek the highest office in the land, if he had stayed up there on the 26th floor and continued to run the Trump Organization, none of this would be happening.

Trump himself would not be under criminal investigation by Special Counsel Robert Mueller for obstruction of justice and conspiracy to steal the election of 2016…”

Trump’s Washington: Drowning in conflicts of interest? article from Salon. –

Drowning in obstructions of justice, ethics violations, conflicts of interest, endless corruption and a whole lot more:

“Not a single day passes without new tales of the ganefs in the Trump Administration. “Ganef” in Yiddish means swindler. These are mostly small-time crooks, but not always.

The New York Times just highlighted the activities of Elliott Broidy, the deputy finance chairman of the Republican Party National Committee and a wealthy old friend of Donald Trump.

Broidy seems to have taken some lucrative payments for helping friends associated with the governments of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to see that U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is fired (he was), to influence U.S. foreign policy against Qatar, and to strengthen personal ties for the Saudi and UAE rulers with Trump.

When it comes to lobbying and the expense accounts of government officials, not to mention conflicts of interest, U.S. law — which is generally described as very tough in many other domains — is often as flexible as a rubber band…”

Syrian Strikes is One More step Toward a Lawless Presidency article from CounterPunch. –

More on the revelations that Trump committed another War Crime when he illegally bombed Syria – especially as the justification continues being revealed as an absolute hoax that never happened:

“Mission accomplished,” announced President Donald Trump after the United States, France and England unleashed more than 100 missiles on Syria in reaction to the regime’s alleged use of chemical weapons against its own people.

What the mission accomplished, however, should alarm us all. It will do nothing to end the suffering of the Syrian people, as the fighting continues in a brutal civil war now in its seventh year. It will do nothing to weaken the grip of Bashar al-Assad who, backed by Russia and Iran, has consolidated his hold on much of Syria.

The major casualties of the raid are international law and the Constitution of the United States, for this act openly violated both.

The UN Charter — the charter that the United States played a major role in drafting after World War II — prohibits the unprovoked attack of one country on another, except in self-defense, or with the sanction of the United Nations itself. Punitive attacks are outlawed for the very reason that they are an excuse that the strong use to wage war on the weak. Syria poses no threat to the U.S. or its allies…”

It’s not a question of whether or not Trump or Cohen committed any crimes, it’s a question of whether or not Cohen will squeal and implicate Trump.

Playing War in Syria article from BuzzFlash. –

On the total dystopian dipshittery that led to the latest Syrian war crimes committed by our demented delinquent:

“Donald Trump got “presidential” again and fired about $150 million worth of cruise missiles at Syria, accomplishing God knows what.

Meanwhile, the United States, in its humanitarian largesse, has so far allowed 11 Syrian refugees into the country this year, of the more than 5 million external refugees the country’s civil war has produced.

The insanity of these priorities is too much to fathom, so the mainstream media — the nation’s surface consciousness — makes no attempt to do so. The necessity of military action, for one justification or another (“we don’t want the smoking gun to be a mushroom cloud”), is only questioned after the fact, that is to say, long after the consequences of the action have pushed Planet Earth a tad more deeply into hell.

The government of Bashar al-Assad was accused of bombing the city of Douma with poison gas in early April, killing more than 40 people. Assad denied this was the case. International inspectors were to come in and make a determination, but before they could do so, the Trump administration, along with France and Britain, “punished” Assad and his Russian allies by striking Syria with 105 cruise missiles, after which Trump quoted George W. Bush, declaring “mission accomplished.”…”
