A recent Russia Today report reveals that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) employs upwards of 15,000 undercover agents today, which is ten time more than they employed back in 1975. The FBI has built a massive network of spies – allegedly to prevent another domestic attack — but that network of spies actually orchestrates most US terror plots.
Aside from having a few spies too many, some of which are earning as much as much as $100,000 per assignment, you don’t have to dig too deep to see their accomplishments. Some of the FBI agents have pulled off terrorist stings that have stopped major attacks from happening since 9/11 on US soil. But here in the real world, the FBI has taken pages out of the CIA’s playbook. Many of these agents are responsible for plotting the very “terrorist” schemes that have been stopped.
In recent years the FBI has trained informants to snitch on suspected terrorists that they have set up from the get go. Mother Jones and the Investigative Reporting Program at the University of CA Berkeley found striking statistics regarding the role of FBI informants in terrorism cases that the FBI has targeted since 9/11. One former top-level FBI official told Mother Jones that for every informant officially employed by the FBI, there are up to three unofficial agents working undercover.
The FBI Infiltrates Communities Where “Suspected” Terrorists Regularly Meet
According to the report, the FBI infiltrates communities where “suspected” terrorists regularly meet with others. When the FBI infiltrates these “suspected” terrorist communities, they encourage them and provide weapons, funds, and a plan, then bust them before the attacks happen. This method utilizes what amounts to nothing less than entrapment, not to mention participating in creating homegrown terrorism.
The FBI has used these infiltrators to set-up and shut-down “terrorist” attacks for the past decade. The Washington DC Metro bombing plot, the New York City Subway plot, the alleged attempt to blow up Chicago’s Sears Tower and dozens of other “terrorist” attacks were all orchestrated by the FBI. In fact, only three of the more well-known “terrorist” plots in the past decade were not orchestrated by the FBI according to the report.
Many of the stings involving meetings with informants and their patsies are purposely not recorded to avoid actual entrapment charges which would result in getting cases dismissed. In the case of the Newburgh 4, which was orchestrated by the FBI who infiltrated a Muslim Community and duped 4 men into carrying out a series of attacks after providing a plan and a pair of missiles, defense attorneys pointed out that entrapment had been used, but the 4 were still sentenced to 25 years each. The FBI commonly goes into Muslim communities on fishing expeditions to see who they can goad and set up in their fraudulent fight of the “War on Terror.”
The FBI claims that setting up terrorists and then arresting them to claim victory in fighting the “War on Terror” is “preemption,” “prevention” and “disruption.” The convolution of the law — which, regardless of what they call it is still illegal — offers more evidence that the “War on Terror” is nothing but a major fraud.
Agent Provocateurs Set Up Plots on Behalf of the FBI
Informants that are working for money or working off criminal charges have convoluted the FBI’s “success” in fighting the “War on Terror.” Of the 500-plus terrorism-related prosecutions by the FBI, nearly half of them involved the use of informants. Of the 158 actual prosecutions carried out, 49 defendants participated in plots that agent provocateurs set up on behalf of the FBI.
The chance of winning a terrorism-related trial, entrapment or not, as noted by experts, is nearly impossible, but since 9/11, almost two-thirds of the cases linked to terrorism have ended with guilty pleas. Lest we forget, torturing suspects to make them confess and fabricating evidence to gain convictions has become the norm since the appointment of George W. Bush to the White House. More often than not, those guilty pleas and confessions often stem from being in the right place at the wrong time.
Why does the FBI go to such lengths to create “terrorists” out of hapless people? Because the FBI has many agendas, including justifying wars of aggression that are war crimes under the Nuremberg standard created by the US government itself. To avoid war crimes charges, the FBI creates acts of terrorism to justify aggressions against “terrorist countries.” Another reason is to create a police state that can control people who object to being impoverished by the superrich by destroying constitutional civil liberties, and to get rich. Fabricated terror plots have created quite a market for “security.”
The FBI’s actions raise serious constitutional issues and innumerable questions. It’s time to end the fraudulent “War on Terror” that occurred because of the corrupt actions of a treasonous GW Bush administration, only to be carried on by the Obama administration. From beginning to end, the FBI’s agenda is criminal and unconstitutional and needs to be recognized for what it is.
