More Made In China Toys Recalled

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in voluntary cooperation with the companies listed below has issued another slew of recalls for toys made in China that may be potentially hazardous to children due to paint with unsafe amounts of lead. The toys affected include:

  • About 250,000 SpongeBob Square Pants Character Address Books and Journals by Martin Designs Inc.
  • About 66,000 Thomas and Friends, Curious George and Other spinning tops and about 4,700 pails by Schylling Associates Inc.
  • About 7,900 Children’s Charm Bracelets Sold by Buy-Rite
  • About 14,000 TOBY & ME Jewelry Sets Children’s Metal Jewelry Recalled by TOBY N.Y.C.
